Julie found yoga over 20 years ago when she lived in Alberta and in 2009 completed her 200HR Yoga Teacher Training. Holding true to her heart that anyone can benefit from yoga’s ability to release physical and emotional tension and create deep peace and calm within, her classes are a blend of slow, gentle Yin yoga and Hatha yoga, challenging strength and balance. Julie is a Registered Reflexology and Thai Massage Therapist. Her knowledge and passion for self-care and healing is continuously evolving. Believing everyone is on their own journey of self-discovery Julie holds space and gratitude to provide compassion and respect to her students and clients. Julie has resided in Prince Edward County for 8 years with her family, and restores herself by practicing yoga and being outdoors on her dream property.
